Annual Dues (Pro-rated Quarterly) $300.00 Tax $30.00 =$330.00

Social Vouchers (No Tax) $125.00 (Prepaid funds for social activities or bar)

Basic Social Member Cost = $455.00 (Membership drive rate)

Boat Owner Rates

Boat Owner Fee $7.00 per foot Tax is 10%

Summer Mooring (First Three Years) $43.00 per foot

After Three Years $40.00 per foot

Taxes On Summer Mooring is 16.35%

Winter Storage is $20.00 per foot Tax is 10%
